How to Order?

How to Order?

Shopping at shoes.com.my is easy. Just follow the following easy steps and you're ready to shop & buy!

  • Step 1 :
  • If you are new and not a registered member of shoes.com.my, you first need to register yourself as a member. Click on the "Log In" text link at the left hand side on the top of the page.
  • Then, complete the form in the "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information" box and click on "Submit" button after you filled the form. Once submitted, you're now a registered member!
  • If you are a registered member, just type in your email address and password to login.

  • Step 2 :
  • Browse for products from the "Categories" located on your top left box. Click on the product pictures to go into the detail page of that particular product.
  • To order your selected product, enter the number of pieces you would like to order and click on the "Add to Cart" button to place the order. You still can change the number of pieces or remove the item from your Shopping Cart (Order List).
  • Repeat Step 2 to add all other products you would like to purchase into your Shopping Cart.

  • Step 3 :
  • Once completed adding your selected products into the Shopping Cart, click on the "CheckOut" link located at the top bar of the page or the "CheckOut" button located at the Shopping Cart page.

  • Step 4 :
  • Once you reach the "Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information" page, click on the "Continue CheckOut" button.
  • After that, you'll reach the "Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information" page. You may choose you payment method pay via credit card or via e-transfer or direct bank in cash to our Public Bank Account. The payment details will shown in your confirmation email.
  • After previous step, you also may leave down your special mesage if you wish to leave a special instruction to us.
  • After that, you may click on the "Continue CheckOut" button.
  • Once you reached the final page of "Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation", check all your items ordered is correct and click on "Confirm Order". Once clicked, congratulations, your order is completed.

  • Step 5 :
  • Please check your email for the confirmation order!
  • Please send us the payment receipt or e-payment details to us by email (sales@shoes.com.my) or fax (03-61893991) to confirm that your payment are made. 
  • ***Please do not make any payment before confirmation by us.We need to calculate of your shipping method*** 
  • After we received full payment from you, we will arrange to send out your order in a very soon! Thank you to shopping at shoes.com.my & we are always welcome you to shopping with us!
