Shipping & Returns

We only offer courier services by SKYNET for shipping within Malaysia. The shipping charges depend on the sum of weight of the total items or measurement of you buy. The shipping cost is shown once you place your order and perform Checkout. It shows before payment is made.

Your orders will be prcessed daily basis during business day, which is Monday to Friday. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 3pm (Malaysia Time). Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then processed on the following business day. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days once the payment is made and confirmed.

When the payment transaction is succeeded, we will email you an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Details, which include Tracking Number once it is confirmed. Any delay of the shipment or unavailability of purchased items will be notified through email.

SKYNET (Only Applicable in Malaysia)

Usually, it will take approximately 1-3 working days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain circumstances, it may take up longer time for delivery.

The Royale baby and Royale Kids brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase with Weng Yip Marketing Sdn. Bhd. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from shoes.com.my, you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is post-marked within 15 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still in tact). Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Please note that sales items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return or exchange, please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email, Monday to Friday.

Currently, we are using Skynet Courier Service as our default shipment method, but we will offer other shipping method as soon as possible for your convenient.

Payment Method

There is the two ways to pay for your order:

1.Via the internet: - By Master Card, Visa, American Express, Dinners and Debit Cards with the Visa and Master Card logo. (***Please take note that we will charge extra of 3% of credit card transaction interest from your total amount of payment for every transcation of your credit card transaction.***)

2.Via the bank:- You can make the payment via the Public Bank by cash. As for your convenience, cash payment can be made at any Public Bank Branches Nationwide.

Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped

If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account.

If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify us and return the additional quantity, please notify us within 7 days or you will be billed for the additional quantity, even if you dint order it.

Returning your footwear
If you are returning your unworn footwear for a refund, please provide us with your order number (Your order number can be found in your original email confirmation from shoes.com.my) and use the return/exchange form provided. Weng Yip Marketing can only refund footwear originally purchased directly from shoes.com.my.

(Note: Weng Yip Marketing cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Royale baby or Royale Kids label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Royale baby or Royale Kids brand on the label on the shoes.)

Damaged or Lost in Shipping

If your shipment was damaged or lost (proof needed from our shipping company) in transit, we will send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. For damaged shipments, please save the box or packaging and contact us immediately. Any product(s) returned must follow our shipping and return policy. You may contact us at sales@shoes.com.my

Unclaimed, Refused Parcels and Wrong Addresses

Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. Shoes.com.my is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect address provided by customers or refused or unclaimed parcel.
